At the prestigious Gallery of Modern and Contemporary Art of the Republic of San Marino, opens the exhibition of Artezoom, this group of artists, who already ‘operating for some time aims to be open to any intervention, every artistic proposal .
Although relating to situations and realities’ artistic identifiable diachronically in the experiences developed in the years 60/70, synchronously it assumes this through transversality ‘and contiguity’ of contemporary artistic languages. In fact, while remaining personality ‘specifically characterized, it coagulates around the idea of the group thins these experiences in a transversality’ operative of artistic present. The use of different types of expression such as video, installation, object, photography, broadly characterizes the actuality ‘operational Artezoom.
The same components come from different experiences that come already ’60s, as Antonio D’Agostino that moves within a performative precise investigation about art through the video, the film, the object and the behavior; Michael Wells uses video and photography to bring feelings and memories through the body and sensory data; Nico Macina with the object, video and photography deconstructs the conceptual-analytical data, identifying the communicative and aesthetic; Lionice Cola takes on the daily and marginal through memory in explicit videos, objects, installations the relationship with one ‘and its past; Maurizio Cesarini states through use low and almost random object and technology of the video camera and a precise analysis of the concept and the idea of art; Emiliano Zucchini reads and converts artistic experiences and aesthetic, both in visual sense, that time, with the video and the work object.
The exhibition then presents itself as exhibition of great interest, both for the individual searches of the artists appearing as well as the set-theoretical group artezoom that arises in precise contrast with the current contemporary experience, the adoption of a unitary idea , and at a time operability ‘open to more’ opportunity ‘operational. The group’s presence in the home of contemporary art gallery, confirms the precise intention of the Republic of San Marino to act as a privileged and proactive Contemporary Art.
